We are a small residential park (26 pitches) that offer a different perspective on lodge and park home life. The Park was formerly a mixed Park (holiday and residential pitches) but changed to Residential in October 2021.
We have set the pitches in our park on plots of approximately 300m2- 700m2. Each plot is fenced and hedged to provide security, privacy and a relaxed environment.
Our aim is for the owner to be able to retain as much of the original price of their residential home as possible. We have found that by developing the generous plots this is easily achievable. A bit of creativity goes a long way and offers the opportunity to develop something that reflects a little bit of 'you'. As owners we live on the park and are happy to offer advice and help at any stage and in addition a landscaping and gardening service should that be required. We are developing a secure riverside woodland walk on site and offer on-site fishing on Cod Beck. There is also a communal greenhouse. We are animal and children friendly.
